From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with an aperitif and canapés before settling in for a feast inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Rhône Valley. This cuisine is a celebration of bold, honest flavours—combining the rustic, slow-cooked dishes of northern France with the sun-soaked influences of the Mediterranean. Expect a style of cooking that highlights seasonal ingredients, aromatic herbs, and a deep connection between food and wine, all designed to complement and elevate the character of each glass.
