Ewan Bleach is a London-based multi-instrumentalist, composer, bandleader, teacher, and session musician. A renowned specialist in ragtime, early jazz, swing, and music for “dancing and romancing,” he brings a deep knowledge and infectious energy to every show..

Ewan leads The Cable Street Rag Band and The Fleeting Paradise Orchestra, and collaborates with internationally acclaimed groups such as Frog & Henry, Tuba Skinny and Whiskey Moon Face. His performances span all ensemble sizes - from his solo double-clarinet playing to the sweeping, transportive sound of his twelve-piece orchestra. Audiences are routinely captivated by the world he creates: nostalgic yet fresh and unmistakably his own.

He celebrates the release of his debut album, Mystic Mood - a collection of compositions that feel like transmissions from forgotten futures and parallel pasts. The album is available to purchase on Bandcamp.
