There’s something wonderful about cooking at this time of year. The larder changes, the colours deepen, and the very best ingredients begin to tell a different story.
At The Wharf, we’ve been taking inspiration from everything this remarkable season has to offer, creating a new menu that celebrates exceptional produce, bold flavours and the simple pleasure of eating beautifully.
From the rugged coastline of Cornwall, we’re welcoming incredible fresh seafood delivered from the Lizard Peninsula, bringing the taste of the sea straight to your plate. Alongside it, our kitchen is embracing the richness of the autumn harvest, with vibrant seasonal vegetables, orchard-fresh fruit and the earthy sweetness of pumpkins, all celebrated at their very best.
Expect imaginative new dishes that pay homage to the season: thoughtful combinations, wonderful textures and ingredients that need little embellishment when their quality speaks for itself. This is seasonal cooking with character, crafted with care and designed to make every mouthful memorable.
