Join us for an evening of exceptional Italian wine, beautiful food and the flavours of Sicily.
On 2nd October, we invite you to settle in for an indulgent wine sampling, hosted by Italian wine expert Giacomo Panicacci, and discover a selection of distinctive wines from one of Italy’s most captivating regions.
Sicily is a land of sunshine, ancient vineyards and extraordinary produce, where food and wine are made for lingering over and sharing. For this special event, expect a carefully curated selection of beautiful Italian wines, accompanied by a tasting of artisan cheeses, fine charcuterie and delicious canapés.
Sample fresh, vibrant whites and elegant reds alongside richer, more characterful wines, with flavours that evoke the Mediterranean. Expect a taste of sunshine in the glass, from ripe fruit and aromatic herbs to beautifully balanced wines with depth, character and a real sense of place.
Meet Giacomo Panicacci
We are delighted to welcome Giacomo Panicacci, an Italian wine expert with a degree in Oenology and Winemaking and a WSET qualification. Since joining Tenute Piccini in 2017, Giacomo has led the promotion and communication of the winery’s portfolio, with a particular focus on its family-owned boutique estates. His knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for Italian wine make this a wonderful opportunity to discover the stories, character and craftsmanship behind each glass.

Your £18.00 ticket includes the wine tasting, together with a sample tasting of Italian cheeses, charcuterie and canapés. It is an evening to discover new wines, indulge in beautiful flavours and enjoy the relaxed elegance of Italy.
